What does the price include?
The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by express (EMS) Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. but if you ordered a dress from us, you just need pay US$20 to get a veil and a glove.
Free EMS/TNT Shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, U.K., France and so on......
Other country, Such as Brazil, Turkey and other South Africa Country, Mid Asia Country need be charged extra US$20 shipping fee.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. For international order, we ship by Air Mail. For UPS/DHL delivery, please pay extra $25 for the dispatch .You will get it within 15 days since you order it.

How do I choose size for my dress?
On the dress style big picture order page, there is a size chart. You may choose the size number from the chart that fits. If you do not like to use the chart, or, no size from these size charts fit you, you may simply choose "my own size" and enter your own measurements (bust/waist/hip)\ and your requests, without using the size chart. We offer plus/small sizes the same prices.
Do I get any discount if my purchase is in large quantity ?
YES, the rate of your discount varies depending on the quantity of your order and the promotion we offer at the time of your purchase and the amount of total discount will be calculated at the check out point.Please CONTACT US
What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received ?
If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 15 days of the date of the original purchase and have your money refunded as soon as we receive the returned items (excluding shipping and handling costs).

Most dresses can be completed and shipped out approximately in 25 workdays. We are always committed to bringing you the work you are expecting within the shortest time possible without compromising its quality. Once you receive your dresses, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.
What do I have to do to buy a dress ?
The process could not be simpler...
Select the dress of your dreams. > Next, select the size of the dress. It is better to order on the larger size and have the dress altered. Refer to our Measurement > guide before ordering.

> You can now go to the checkout or look for matching tiara, veil and gloves.
> At the checkout, you will be asked for payment with Paypal.
> And that`s it. We will send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered, giving you the chance to change the order if needed.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress ?
All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best that the prom market can provide.
Can you send me a catalog ?
In short, no. We are a retailer and do not make these dresses. If we put out our own catalog, it would raise our prices... and our goal is to give you the best product at the best price. The pictures on our website are ALL the pictures available that are provided by the manufacturer.

Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.
