How to Place an order?
Firstly, you need choose the dress you love;
Secondly you make out the color and the size, then, click “Add to cart”, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other thing, you could click “continue shopping”. Otherwise, you could drop “proceed to checkout”;
Last step is click “pay using PayPal”. When you have finished your payment, then, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.
As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It’s easy – simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker, so your prom dress will be fit for you.

You can also send us your actual measurements when you order online,we will make the dress as your actual measurements,so the dress will fit you perfectly.
Bridesmaid Dresses
We strongly recommend placing the order for all the bridesmaid dresses at the same time. This ensures that all the dresses are cut from the same batch of fabric. Making all the dresses from the same batch of fabric is important because the color and weave of the fabric can vary slightly across batches. We want everything to look perfect on your wedding day! And if you order more than 3 dresses, we will give you 10% discount ! You can contact us for a discount.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer for any reason is not satisfied with your purchase, with no question asked you can simply return it to us within 15 days of the date of the original purchase and have your money refunded as soon as we receive the returned items (excluding shipping and handling costs). It will take us approximately 2 weeks to process your refund.
Lowest Price Guarantee
If a customer finds an item that is exactly the same as one of ours but at a lower price, we will be glad to match that price and refund you the difference upon verification.
